Terms of Use

For timerizer.com and app.timerizer.com.

Scope and agreement

These Terms of Use govern timerizer.com, app.timerizer.com, and Timerizer software and integrations provided by Firebrand Creative Studio in Portland, Oregon. By creating an account or using Timerizer, you agree to these terms. If you use Timerizer for a business, you must have authority to act for it. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your password and device tokens private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and integrations. Revoke tokens you no longer need and contact hello@timerizer.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another person’s account or share access in a way that compromises account security.

Using Timerizer

Timerizer lets you organize and track time, manage clients and projects, view reports and calendars, and export records. Core time tracking is currently free. You are responsible for checking time entries, time zones, billable settings, reports, and exports before using them for invoices, payroll, taxes, or other business decisions. Timerizer does not provide accounting, tax, employment, or legal advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and content you enter. You give Firebrand Creative permission to store, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate, protect, and support Timerizer and fulfill your requests. You must have permission to enter information about clients or other people. Keep separate copies of records your business needs.

Acceptable use

Do not use Timerizer for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, or uploading malicious code. Do not probe accounts without authorization, bypass access controls or payment checks, misuse device tokens, disrupt the service, or collect other users’ information. Do not resell access or distribute paid plugin files without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Plugin purchases and refunds

The Timerizer Stream Deck plugin is currently offered as a one-time US$7.49 purchase through Firebrand Creative’s store. Review the price, currency, taxes, and product information shown at checkout before paying. A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription. Any future paid plan or recurring charge would require a separate purchase agreement.

A plugin purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use the plugin with your Timerizer account and compatible devices. It does not transfer ownership of the software or guarantee compatibility with every future device or operating-system version. Contact hello@timerizer.com for purchase or refund requests. Nothing here limits refund or other consumer rights required by law. A full refund may end access to the associated download. Marketplace purchases, if offered, may also have separate marketplace terms.

Devices and third-party services

Stream Deck requires compatible Elgato hardware and software, a Timerizer account, and a valid device token. Elgato, Stripe, Google, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. Timerizer is a Firebrand Creative project and is not operated by Elgato. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our control.

Service changes and availability

We may update features, maintain systems, or change how the service operates. Outages, delays, and errors can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or preservation of every record. If we introduce charges for a currently free feature, we will disclose them before you agree to pay. We will provide notice of material changes or service discontinuation when reasonably practicable.

Suspension and account closure

You may stop using Timerizer at any time and request account deletion at hello@timerizer.com. Export records you need first. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Firebrand Creative and its licensors retain rights in Timerizer software, branding, design, and documentation. These terms allow you to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not grant ownership of our trademarks or software. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Timerizer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Firebrand Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption arising from use of the service. These exclusions do not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and resolving concerns

Oregon law governs these terms, except where mandatory laws of your location provide otherwise. Contact hello@timerizer.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms requires arbitration, waives a right to bring a claim, or removes consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The effective date will appear here. We will give notice of material changes where required and seek agreement when required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
